Bennie

Bennie was senior Westie at 11 years old when his owner entered a nursing home.  None of the family was able to take him, so he was placed with WRI.  He was a well-behaved boy that loved exploring the neighborhood and following his foster sisters around the house.  A family looking specifically for an older Westie adopted him.  He had two Yorkie buddies, a stay at home Mom and two children to play with him all day.  Bennie quickly became a favorite and spent his days playing with toys, getting belly rubs and taking walks.  He went everywhere with this new family including vacations.  Sadly, Bennie crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this year.  His family misses him very much, but a is very glad he was a part of their family.
